2. Orders, payment, and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown clearly before checkout. We charge your payment method at the time of order for one-time purchases, and on each renewal date for subscriptions. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing was clearly mis-displayed due to a technical error — in which case we'll refund the order in full.
3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew on a four-week cycle until paused or canceled. You can pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel from your account at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed apply to the following cycle. We'll always send a reminder email at least five days before any charge.
4. Returns and refunds
