Our commitment
We design and develop utopiawell.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That covers contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, focus visibility, motion sensitivity, and structured semantic markup throughout the site.
What this means in practice
- Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus state.
- Every image carries descriptive alt text written by a person, not auto-generated.
- Color contrast exceeds 4.5:1 on body text and 3:1 on large text and UI components.
- Forms include proper labels, hints, and error messages that screen readers announce correctly.
- Animation respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
- We test against NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack on every major release.
If something isn't working for you
Accessibility is never finished. If you encounter a barrier — a button that won't focus, an image without alt text, a contrast issue, anything at all — please email accessibility@utopiawell.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, what device and assistive tech you were using, and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as urgent and aim to ship a fix within five business days.
